Booking a Show with Lovenoise
Lovenoise is a premier weekly urban music event at The Place in Nashville, TN. seeking musicians and performance artists for immediate openings on Sunday nights. They are seeking local and regional neo-soul, soul, R&B, spoken word, positive hip-hop (ala Common/Tribe Called Quest), acoustic soul, jazz, blues, and reggae artists. DJs along the lines of Urban Lounge are welcome to submit as well.

Performance set lengths are 30-45 minutes. A local draw is not necessary to be booked, but is preferable. The Place has a capacity of 250. Lovenoise will contact artists for booking at least two months prior to the date of the show. There is limited backline at the venue – a sound system, including vocal mics, monitors and a sound person is available. Selected artists will be provided with contact information of bands playing on the same bill if they would like to arrange gear sharing.

Artists will be compensated for their performances with a marketing package providing:
- Your music played/rotated on the #1 urban radio station in Nashville (92.1 WQQK FM)
- A feature interview on the top rated radio show "The Lovenoise Hour" on 92.1 WQQK FM
- A color ad in the major lifestyle weekly publication "The Nashville Scene"
- A link from the official website in the Lovenoise Alumni section, which includes acts such as: Saul Williams, Musiq Soulchild, John Legend, Macy Gray, DJ JAzzy Jeff, ?uestlove of The Roots and others!
