ABOUT JOHNATHAN SMITH

Johnathan Maurice Smith is a musician, producer, and CEO of Phaeded Musik. This East Chicago, Indiana native got his start in music at age 4. As a young musician, he combined his love for Gospel, Jazz and Soul music into a “synthy” solo-driven expressive movement.

After relocating to Nashville TN in July of 2017. Johnathan quickly became a

sought-after musician in the local entertainment scene. His distinctive style was not only noticed by the community but throughout the years allowed him to add numerous musical credits on records for artists as diverse as Hunter Hayes, Chris Brown, Jazmine Sullivan and more.

ABOUT JOHNATHAN SMITH
In 2022, Johnathan began touring as the organist and keys player for the Grammy award winning Country duo, The Brothers Osborne. Audiences were left speechless by his standout solos during the Faster Horses Festival, Los Angeles StageCoach and on tour weekly for 60 plus dates this year. Most notably closing out the 2022 Grammy awards with final performance where he also walked away with two nominations.

In addition to releasing his first Full solo project, in 2023 Johnathan will be touring the states this summer with his own band J.Smith & Great Vibes.
