Join us, our TEAm, and our friends at Exit/In as we launch our the #VotingIsLit  Statewide Tour, the launch of the Tennessee Voter Guide and most important enjoy a LIT concert! The Equity Alliance, founded in 2016 is a Nashville based grassroots organization whose mission is to unapologetically build independent Black policital, civic and economic power. With authenticity and innovation we educate, mobilize and empower the community to use their voices by participating in the civic process. Our advocacy meets every corner of the state with alliances and programming in Memphis, Chattanooga and our homebase Nashville. We believe in our power and champion solutions to issues that affect our communities. 

Proceeds from the #VotingIsLit Live Concert benefit our mission and help us further empower our community with programming such as The LiberTEA Collective our eight week extensive leadership development program for Black Tennesseans; The BlackPrint our multi year strategic plan to establish a bold reparations policy agenda; our I’m A Faithful Voter Project in partnership with the Kelly Miller Smith Foundation and our voter education, registration and restoration initiative, Every Vote, Every Election
